The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance and walk-ins are not available. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and valid at Emberwood Bath only. If your order was placed prior to 1pm on a standard working day, it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.
